A Year of Growth and Grace

As this year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on how transformative 2024 has been for Baby Bays Naturals. At the end of last year, we embarked on a rebrand. We needed a new logo, website, and packaging big tasks that weren’t easy but were necessary for our growth.

Early in the year, I had the opportunity to join the WCEO Accelerator, which was a game-changer for us. I gained so much knowledge and finally put some systems in place to prepare for the team I know the Lord will send my way. With all these changes, we relaunched on April 29, 2024. Looking back, each month since has been a journey of growth, challenges, and breakthroughs.

It hasn’t been without its moments of doubt and tears, though. I’d love to tell you that we’ve been wildly successful, with products flying off the shelves. The truth? There were months we didn’t make a single sale. Blogs and emails I poured my heart into sometimes went unread. But I’m sharing this, not for sympathy, but to encourage you. I didn’t give up!

Even when it felt hard, I kept the faith that God would make a way, and He did. While we didn’t make a lot, we made more than we did last year. Progress is still progress, and for that, I’m grateful.

The fourth quarter of this year was truly a turning point. We were featured on the radio and two news outlets, which was a first for us. Even more exciting, we sold out of three products! That’s a milestone I’ll never forget.

We also launched our first crowdfunding campaign. We are still accepting donations until January 5th. While we didn’t hit our $10,000 goal yet, we did reach a goal putting ourselves out there. Asking for help was tough for me, but it opened doors to new customers, and we shipped products all over the country. God has been so faithful.

As we head into 2025, I’m excited for what’s ahead. I’m praying for continued growth, a stronger community, and the chance to bring the calming and healing power of Baby Bays Naturals into even more households. To every single one of you whether you’ve been here from the start or just found us this week I appreciate you more than words can express.

Let’s keep God first in everything we do. Trust me, when you do, everything will fall into place.

Here’s to an amazing 2025. I’m rooting for you just as much as you’ve rooted for us.

With love, Ashequka CEO/Founder
